The Tampa Bay Lightning are still not done this summer.
And Mark Recchi isn't done, either.
Recchi and the Lightning came to an agreement on a one-year, $1.25 million contract that could reach $1.5 million with incentives. Recchi split last season with Pittsburgh and Atlanta.
The move is the latest for the Lightning, who have been overly active this summer thanks to a change in ownership. They seem 100% focused and intent on moving out of the Eastern Conference's cellar. Quick list of added players: Malone, Roberts, Vrbata, Carle, Hall, Prospal, Kolzig and Recchi. Quick list of players gone: Boyle, Lukowich, Gratton.
